Vonciel Elizabeth Cash

A graveside service for Vonciel Elizabeth Cash, 85, of Bridgeport, Texas will be 2:00 pm, Monday, March 5, 2018 in the Paradise Cemetery, officiated by Brother Gary Demmitt of Pleasant View Baptist Church in Bridgeport. Vonciel passed away Friday, March 2 in Decatur.

Vonciel was born in Bridgeport November 23, 1932 to Jess and Ima (Gilley) Williams. She was a retired hairstylist who loved to sew and fish. She also loved working in her flower garden.

She leaves behind sons Daryl and Ronald Cash; brother Grady Williams; sisters Mary Ruth Cash, Vada Skiles, and Trula Verner; grandchildren Christopher and Adam Cash; great-grandchildren Allyson and Easton Cash; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Vonciel was preceded in death by her parents, husband Surch Cash, brother Alfred Williams, and sister Dean Bouchillon.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association North Central Texas Chapter, 2630 West Freeway, Suite 100, Fort Worth TX  76102.
