Tommy was a well-known musician and a long-standing member of the Sons of the Pioneers. He joined the group in 1983, proudly representing the last of the talented Nallie family dynasty that played an essential role in the group's success.
Tommy's musical journey began with private violin lessons in the third grade before he showcased his versatility on various instruments, excelling on the guitar, bass, violin, drums, and more. He took over as the group's fourth trail boss in 2015, following his brother Luther's decision to step down. Tommy was deeply committed to keeping the legacy of the Sons of the Pioneers alive, preserving the traditional "Pioneer sound."
In addition to his work with the Sons of the Pioneers, Tommy performed with Roy Rogers Jr. and the High Riders from March 2010 until the end of 2012. One of his memorable moments was their appearance in the 2012 Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California.
Tommy also took great pride in his Italian heritage, particularly known for his delicious spaghetti and handmade meatballs, which many claimed were the best. He was loved by both family and friends.
Tommy’s warm spirit and dedication to his craft touched the lives of many. He will be remembered fondly for his musical contributions and the joy he brought to those around him. His legacy in music and in the hearts of those who loved him will forever remain.
Tommy is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Raymond, Luther, and Jack Nallie.
Those left to cherish Tommy’s memory are his loving and devoted significant other, Judy Morrow; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as additional family, friends, and fans.
