Sue Bentley

Services for Clatie Sue Bentley, 83, of Aransas Pass, Texas, formerly of Bridgeport will be held at Cates Street Church of Christ in Bridgeport on Monday, June 13, 2016 at 2:00 pm. Burial will be in East Bridgeport Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, June 12 from 6-8 pm at Jones Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport. Sue died Tuesday, June 7, 2016 in Aransas Pass. She was born in Springtown, Texas on July 6, 1932 to Fred William and Nora Nevada (Stevens) Hall. Sue worked for over 20 years as a cook for Chico ISD. She was a member of Cates Street Church of Christ in Bridgeport. Sue is survived by son Freddie Isbell of Aransas Pass, Texas; step-daughter Loranella Cooper of Decatur, Texas; brother Perry Hall of Decatur; eight grandchildren; and numerous other family. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Jerry Isbell, daughter Ruby Walton, brothers Thomas Eugene Hall and Lewis Edward Hall, sister Fay Gilley, first husband James Isbell, and second husband James Dawson Bentley.
