A Celebration of Life for Sheri Hoskins-Williamson, 65, of Bridgeport, Texas, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 20, 2025, at New Roads Fellowship Church in Decatur, Texas.
Sheri was born June 9, 1960, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Charles Hoskins Jr. and Joyce (McLain) Hoskins, and passed away August 4, 2025. She married Alan Howard Williamson Jr. on December 31, 1989, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and shared 31 years of life. Together, they built a life grounded in love, commitment, and family.
A devoted homemaker, mother, and grandmother, Sheri also dedicated many years of service working for the State of Oklahoma, the State of Texas, and Lowe’s. Affectionately known as “Grammy” by her grandchildren, Sheri was known for her unwavering dedication to her family, her faith, her kind heart, and her generous spirit.
She is survived by her loving children: Angela and husband Tim Striker of Hockley, Texas, Alan Howard “Trey” Williamson of Las Vegas, Nevada, Jeff Hoskins and wife Candice, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Ashley and husband Jonathan Gomez, of Midlothian, Texas, and Arthur Williamson, of Decatur, Texas.
Sheri also leaves behind her treasured grandchildren: Timothy, Jane, Joshua, Anna Marie, Tristan, Trey, Josh, Jonah, Aubrey, Evelyn, Guillermo, Ismey, and Xilberto.
In addition, she leaves behind her brother, Kenneth Hoskins; sister and brother-in-law Carolyn and Chuck Furr of Bridgeport, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Sheri is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Alan.
Sheri’s legacy will endure through the countless lives she touched with her warmth, resilience, and deep love for her family.
