Michael Davis

Funeral services for Michael Davis, 69, of Bridgeport, Texas, are scheduled for 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at Hudson & Torres Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport, with burial following at Eastside Cemetery. Visitation will take place from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, March 16, 2026, at the funeral home.

Michael Anthony Davis was born on January 11, 1957, in Omaha, Nebraska. He was the son of John Davis and Barbara Delong. Michael passed away on March 11, 2026, in Decatur, Texas, at the age of 69.

Michael was married to SanJuana (Sanchez) Davis. They happily joined in marriage on November 25, 1977. Their marriage lasted more than 48 years, a testament to their enduring bond.

Michael will be remembered simply and clearly for the life he lived and the love he shared with those close to him. His presence will be missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Myron and Barabara Ostrander, and sister, Marie Whiteing.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, SanJuana Davis; son, Steven Davis and wife Lanie; daughters, Marie Martinez and spouse Domingo Jr., Christina Ramirez and spouse Ramiro, and Julie Martinez and spouse Luis; brothers, LeRoy Rouse and spouse Mae, and Roy Rouse; and grandchildren, TJ, Jose, Yajahira, Ana, Yoelda, Julie, Ruben, Johana, Zahida, Sebastian, Christian, Julena, and Mila.
