Graveside services for Michael Bryant, 67, of New Fairview, Texas, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at Terral Cemetery in Terral, Oklahoma. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Monday, July 7, 2025, at Hudson & Torres Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport. Pastor John Brun will officiate.
Michael “Mike” Andrew Bryant was born on December 17, 1957, in El Paso, Texas, to Billy C. and Glenda (Alsup) Bryant, and went to be with our Lord on June 30, 2025, in Arlington, Texas.
On January 14, 1978, Michael married Dabby (Phariss) Bryant in the Lakeland Baptist Church in Lewisville, Texas. They shared a loving marriage that lasted for 47 years until his passing.
For an impressive 45 years, Michael was an integral part of TST Impreso in Coppell, Texas, where he excelled in machine maintenance until his well-deserved retirement. His unwavering dedication to his craft was evident, and he was deeply respected by his colleagues for his skills and work ethic.
Michael, a man of faith, was also a cherished member of the New Fairview Christian Fellowship, where he found community and connection. His spiritual journey was marked by his gentle spirit and kindness, which left a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to know him.
In his spare time, Michael engaged in outdoor activities and had a keen interest in attending mountain man rendezvous events and practicing shooting. Additionally, he was highly interested in restoring vintage automobiles, frequently participating in swap meets and car exhibitions.
Michael Bryant leaves behind a legacy of hard work, love for family, and the joy he brought to those around him. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him and will forever remain in their hearts.
Michael is preceded in death by his mother, Glenda Bryant of Lewisville, Texas; brother, Steven K. Bryant of Lewisville, Texas; and in-laws, Roy L. and Wanda Jenean Phariss of Jacksonville, Texas.
Those left to cherish Michael’s memory are his wife, Dabby Bryant of New Fairview, Texas; sons, Justin Bryant of Euless, Texas, and Garrett L. Bryant of Rhome, Texas; father, Billy C. Bryant, Sr. and wife Anna of Brenham, Texas; brothers, Ronald W. Bryant of Aurora, Texas, and Billy C. Bryant, Jr. of Pickton, Texas; sisters, Annette Krebs of Brenham, Texas, Carol Galloway and husband Ron of Brenham, Texas, Jane Meinen of Hempstead, Texas, and Sharon Stephens and husband James of Brenham, Texas; grandson, Raiden Lopez of Bridgeport, Texas; and a host of other extended family and friends.
