Lynn Plumley

Services for Donna Lynn Plumley, 67, of Paradise will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, August 8, 2015 in the chapel at Jones Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport, officiated by Coach Jonathan Ryle. Visitation will be Friday, August 7 from 6-8 pm, also at Jones. Lynn passed away Wednesday, August 5 at home. She was born in Mineola, Texas on May 31, 1948 to Wellis and Otha Dee (McWhorter) Stinnett. She was a homemaker who enjoyed fishing, working outdoors, gardening, collecting rocks, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Lynn is survived by her husband of 30 years, Curtis Oliver Plumley; son Curt Plumley and wife Renee of Odessa, Texas; daughters Kimberly Brooks and partner Rodney Hartfield of Rockport, Texas; Mischea Read and partner Russell King of Alvord, Texas; brothers Jerry Clyde Stinnett and wife Kathy of Bridgeport, Don Stinnett and wife Patsy of Runaway Bay, Hershell Stinnett and wife Brenda of Paradise, and Keith Stinnett of Chico; sister Reta Stinnett of Bridgeport; grandchildren Ryen Plumley and Tyler Plumley of Odessa; Cody Watts and wife Amanda of Alvord, Kyle Brooks of Alvord, Emily-Kate Brooks of Rockport, Molli Read and Abby Read of Paradise; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
