A visitation for Kevin Jones, 37, of Chico, Texas, will be held from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at Hudson & Torres Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport.

Kevin Royce Jones, a devoted self-employed mechanic, was born on January 2, 1989, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Tony and Vonda (Mathis) Jones, and passed away on January 13, 2026, in Decatur, Texas. Kevin had a passion for cars that beautifully reflected his dedication to his work.

In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and hunting, always seeking new adventures in the great outdoors. Above all, Kevin valued spending quality time with family, cherishing every moment they shared together.

Kevin's life, though too brief, was filled with memories that will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

He is preceded in death by Marie Jones and Marven Jones, both of Chico; Willie and Wanda Jackson of Tennessee; Royce Mathis of Bowie; and many other aunts and uncles.

Those left to cherish Kevin’s memory are his wife, Joni Rhoades; daughter, Katlin Jones of Chico; parents, Tony and Vonda Jones of Chico; brothers, Justin Jones and wife Shayla of Chico; sister, Stephanie Jones of Pennsylvania; and numerous other friends and family.
