Judy Lynn Graham

Judy Lynn Graham, 66, passed away on May 10, 2022, in Bowie, Texas. A Graveside Service will be at 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 12, 2022, at Cumby Cemetery in Chico, Texas, officiated by Jimmy Williams and Cooper McClung. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at Hudson & Torres Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport.

Judy was born on July 3, 1955, in Bridgeport, Texas to parents, Ivy and Murel Bolding. After raising her children and caring for her ailing mother, she went on to attend college at the age of 48 and received a master’s degree in English from Midwestern State University. She went on to teach English for several years at Weatherford College.

She married Monte Graham on January 22, 1993, residing in Chico. Judy was a lifelong member of East Mound Church of Christ. She loved the Lord, her family, friends, and pets. She was a talented writer, an avid reader, and a lifelong learner.

Judy is survived by her husband, Monte; daughter Tara McEntire and husband David; son Cooper McClung and wife Alexandra; two grandchildren, Ivy McEntire and Logan McClung; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sister, brother-in-law, and her beloved nephew.
