Jose was born April 8, 1955, in Uvalde, Texas, to Severiano Losoya and Harminda Sanchez. He married Alicia Pulido and was happily married 29 years until his passing. Jose had a zest for life and left a lasting impression on all that had met him. He spent his time cooking, going to yard sales, collecting guns and knives, and spending time with family. Jose will be greatly missed by all that he knew and loved.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Alicia Pulido; sons Arnulfo Losoya, Jose Armando Losoya, and Nickolas Pulido of Chico, Texas, and Lazaro Losoya of Pensacola, Florida; daughters Dominique Losoya, Guadalupe Pulido, Lidia Louisa Losoya of Chico, Texas; step-father Ernesto Anaya and wife Virginia Corondo of Selah, Washington; brothers Vidal Rivera of Michigan and Roberto Losoya of Salem, Oregon; sisters Olga Martinez of Salem, Oregon and Angela Rivera of California; grandmother Victoria Sanchez, and a host of family and friends.

Jose is preceded in death by his father Severiano Losoya; mother Harminda Anaya; brother Arnulfo Losoya; and sister Guadalupe Valencia.
