Jimmy Kyle Rhine

Jimmy Kyle Rhine, 67, of Bridgeport, Texas passed away Saturday, March 23, 2013, in Bridgeport. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, March 27, 2013, in the Chapel at Jones Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery in Decatur, Texas. Dr. Craig Erb will officiate. Pallbearers are Jody McDaniel, Donnie McGuire, C. J. Rhine, Tyler Rhine, Brandon Stone, and Joe Chapman. Visitation will be from 7:00 - 9:00 PM Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at the funeral home. Kyle was born October 18, 1945, in Decatur to Ethel (Myers) and Guinn Rhine. He graduated from high school in Decatur. He married Jackie Shepard on October 10, 1968, in Decatur. He served his country in the U. S. Army from 1968 - 1970 and was stationed in Okinawa, Japan. He enjoyed fishing and golf. Kyle is survived by his wife; sons Jimmy L. Rhine and wife Keira of Bridgeport, Jeffery K. Rhine and wife Kelly, and Christopher B. Rhine, all of Decatur; daughters Kimberly D. McDaniel and husband Jody and Amber D. McGuire and husband Donnie, all of Bridgeport; brother Gerald Rhine of California; sister Bernice Smith of Decatur; fifteen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and great-grandson Dereck Thomas.
