Jimmie Ralls

Funeral services for Jimmie Lou Ralls, 77, of Bridgeport will be held at 10:00 am Monday, July 27, 2015 at Bible Baptist Church in Bridgeport, officiated by Bro. Dale Webster. Burial will follow at Salona Cemetery in Bowie, Texas at 1:30 pm. Visitation will be from 2-4 pm Sunday, July 26 at Jones Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport. Jimmie was born in Claunch, New Mexico on June 7, 1938 to parents Charlie and Covilla B. (Brigance) Wells. On February 18, 1957 she married Bobby O’Dell Ralls in Fruitland, Texas. She and husband Bobby were grocery business owners for many years. Crocheting, reading her Bible, and spending time with family, particularly her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were some of Jimmie’s favorite things to do. She is survived by son Bobby Ralls, Jr., and wife Denny; daughter Latrecia Hamilton and husband Alan; brother Lloyd Wells; sisters Wanda Woolf and husband Trusten, June Penn and husband Bob, and Sue Rolls; grandchildren Chasity Coleman, Holly Hayes, Jordan Ralls, and Deven Riggins; and great-grandchildren Corbin, Emerson, Casen, McKinley, and Channing. She was preceded in death by her parents Rev. Charlie and Covilla Wells; husband Bobby Ralls; and brothers Loren Wells and Billy Wells.
