Janice Middleton

Services for Janice Sue Middleton, 81, of Runaway Bay, Texas will be 11:00 am Friday, February 11, 2022 at Hudson & Torres Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport, officiated by Larry Fair. Visitation will be 10:00 am Friday, one hour prior to the service, also at the funeral home. On Wednesday, February 2 Jan passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family.

 She was born November 20, 1940 in Decatur, Texas to Kenneth and Jewel (Hall) Prince.  

 She and husband Frank had their own real estate business, First Magnolia Realty in Magnolia, Texas before moving to Runaway Bay to be near family.

 Jan was an avid gardener and enjoyed all aspects of yardwork. She also enjoyed time with grandkids and great-grandkids.

 Jan is survived by sons Scot Lindsey of Fort Worth, and Kennie Lindsey and wife Jodi of Decatur; siblings Sonny Prince  and wife Judy of Bridgeport, and Judy Kennedy, also of Bridgeport; grandchildren Sydne Lane and husband Clinton, Taylor Lambert and husband Ty, and Blake Lindsey and wife Stormey; and great-grandchildren Olivia, Nathan, Sadie, Peyton, Reagan, and Paisley.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, the love of her life, Franklin Doil Middleton, and sister Nancy.
