Gator Case Collins, 19 months old, of Boyd, TX. passed away on April 28, 2026.
Born at home on September 21, 2024, Gator filled every moment of his life with a joy that was deeply felt by all who knew him. His smile lit up every room he entered, and his warm spirit and infectious grin were gifts to anyone who crossed his path.
Gator absolutely loved playing with balls, any and all! He was all boy, and not just any kind of boy, a Texas boy…independent, fearless, and full of life. Little boots, a little dirt, and a whole lot of determination. Much of that spirit came from his admiration for his older brothers, Major (8) and Cannon (5), whom he adored. He followed them everywhere, always trying to keep up in every way he could. They loved him just as deeply, sharing a bond that will forever remain.
Gator also loved to color… a reflection of the joy and brightness he brought into the lives of those who loved him.
When Gator wasn’t snuggling his mama, he could be found in his dad’s shadow, always wanting to be right by his side. He was deeply cherished by his parents, Mark and Chelsea, and by all who knew him. It is impossible to imagine a world in which his smile is not here to greet us.
We know that Gator is in the arms of Jesus. We believe that we serve a mighty God and that He has a plan, even when we do not understand it. In this time, we are clinging to the hope and peace that only Jesus can bring.
Baby Gator will forever be held in our hearts.
