A Celebration of Life for Cindy Jo Flores, 59, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, August 29, 2026, at Hudson & Torres Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport. Salvador Quiroz will be officiating.
Cindy Jo Flores, beloved daughter of Frank and Betty Jo (Gilbreath) Flores, was born in Fort Worth, Texas. Her life was a cherished gift to those who knew and loved her, and she will be remembered for the love, warmth, and presence she shared throughout her journey. Cindy passed away on August 11, 2026, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Jo Gilbreath, and her sisters, Elizabeth Norman and Christina Roudes. Their memories remain forever woven into the legacy of love that Cindy leaves behind.
Cindy’s memory will be lovingly cherished by her father, Frank Flores, affectionately known as “Francisco the window cleaner,” and his wife, Elena; her sisters, Teresa Chadwick, Regina Osborne, Felina Flores, Cassandra Flores, and Angela Flores; her brothers, Victor Rosas and Samuel Flores; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, loved ones, and dear friends.
They will carry her spirit forward through treasured memories and lasting love.
