Bobby Deaton

Bobby Eugene Deaton, 66, of Paradise, Texas passed away Sunday, March 24, 2013, in Paradise. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Friday, March 29, 2013 at Jones Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport, Texas. Burial will follow in Willow Point Cemetery. Pastor Joey Vick will officiate. Pallbearers are Jerry Clyde Stinnett, Charlie Gamble, Darrell Johnson, Kelly Mullins, Scotty Cantrell, Ronnie Barnes, and Sam Womack. Danny Neighbors is an honorary pallbearer. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 PM Thursday, March 28, 2013 at the funeral home. Bobby was born February 10, 1947 in Bridgeport to Lotella (Sparks) and Johnny Deaton. He enjoyed roping, fishing, hunting, and playing basketball with his grandchildren. He is survived by his sons Cody Deaton and wife Renda and Brandon Deaton and wife Kati; daughters Tenna Stark and husband Rodney and Katy Deaton; sister Sharon Daves and husband Harry; grandchildren James Lynn, Alexis Mask, Aliyah Read, Kylan Deaton, Ty Deaton, Harli Deaton, and Kylie Deaton; and great-grandchild Bailee Lynn. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Johnny.
