Barbra Jean Reed

Memorial services for Barbra Jean Reed, 71, of Sunset, Texas will be conducted privately by the family at a later date. Barbra passed away at her home in Sunset on Saturday, August 25, 2018.

Barbra was born March 3, 1947 in Bridgeport, Texas to John and Lena (Hoppy) King. She was a homemaker who exemplified the title. She loved to cook and care for her family, including the grandchildren and step-grandkids, and great-grandchildren.

She leaves behind her husband John Reed of Sunset; brother Bill King of Chico; grandsons Tony Romines and wife Jennifer of Mineral Wells, Texas, and Tracey Romines and wife Darby of Fort Worth, Texas; great-grandchildren Braydon Romines of Sunset, Texas, and Briley Romines, also of Sunset; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Barbra was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Tonya Martin, and son John Charlie Reed, Jr.
